I’m excited to announce that I’ll be hosting an intensive 3.5 hour “bootcamp” workshop at Paragon Studios in Pittsburgh’s North Hills this coming Sunday, July 28 from 2:30 – 6:00 p.m.
In this highly interactive session, I’ll help you develop & flesh out your vocal characterizations for animation, commercials, video games, and more.
I’ll share with you all of my best tips, tricks, techniques & tactics for creating characters that stand out of the pack — and book you the job!
I’ll show you how to mine & prepare a script; how to make outstanding choices that give your characters substance and bring them to life. You’ll kick your VO game up to a new level, and have more FUN with voice acting than you ever thought possible.
We’ll be working with real character audition scripts — exactly the kind of “copy” you receive when you read for roles being cast by major production companies & ad agencies.

Please note: Paragon Studios is an acclaimed acting school in Pittsburgh’s North Hills. It isn’t a recording studio, however I will bring my microphone & laptop, and we’ll record you in the same way that many agents & casting directors record voiceover auditions. You’ll receive downloadable MP3 files of your work after the class.
This event is for folks ages 16 and up. We welcome all levels of experience with voice acting, however some general acting experience is strongly recommended.
